So I am back! I am so excited about my new friends I have. Thank you for all of the comments. I am looking forward to being in the "club."
This week I have been all consumed with an appointment that took place at 2 this afternoon. It is official-Rob & I are having a baby this coming July!!! We saw a strong heartbeat, and we could not be happier.
They somehow jipped me in regards to my due date though. They decided to subtract 2 weeks off of my "pregnancy calender." I was supposed to be 10 weeks tomorrow, but they told me I am only 8. Bummer. This means that my baby no longer is the size of a kumquat but of a grape. I know I should be thankful that there was a heart beat, which I am...but I was not prepared to turn back the pages in my pregnancy book. I am mentally past forming the tongue and eyelids-I was ready for skin and leg movement!
So as of this evening, I have decided to split the difference and say that I am 9 weeks. Not very scientific, I know, but according to their math it is virtually impossible for me to be pregnant...I was traveling for work that week (sorry if that is a little TMI).
So I am not only in the blogging club, I am not also joining the mommy club! Hip-hip-hooray for Kumquat's (or Grapes)!

Your baby grape is adorable! I had to turn back the clock once when I was pregnant with Maysyn and I was bugged!

I couldn't be happier for you and Rob. You will be wonderful parents, and baby Heinrich will be all that you've dreamed him/her to be and MORE!!!
